We are looking to strengthen our team at the Stralsund site with immediate effect:
Apprentice production mechanic
We offer interesting and challenging training in a modern and future-orientated company.
During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will primarily learn skills and abilities in the following areas following areas:
- Metal processing
- Fügen
- Milling basics
- Turning basics
- Manual arc welding
- Gas metal arc welding
- Operation of modern production machines
- Basics of electropneumatics and electrohydraulics
In addition, production mechanics also lay electrical cables, attach them and connect them. Finally, you will ensure that the finished products and semi-finished products meet our high operational quality guidelines.
What we offer you:
The training allowance for a 40-hour week is around €900 in the first year and rises to €1,000 in the third year as the training period increases. Special achievements are rewarded with attractive additional remuneration. If you are taken on after your training, you can expect an attractive salary.

Data, analyses and key cost figures are becoming increasingly important for our corporate management - and this is where you come in!
What is it all about?
You will support our controlling team with the post-calculation of completed orders, analyse relevant project key performance indicators (KPIs) and help to anchor these in the company in a comprehensible and usable way. If you feel like it, you can even write your final thesis with us afterwards.
What you do:
- You systematically recalculate selected projects and evaluate plan/actual deviations
- You identify optimisation potential in collaboration with technology, AV and project management
- You develop a logical KPI model for analysing and evaluating project types
- You prepare figures and analyses in Excel and AMS.BI in an understandable way
- You support the further development of our reporting
- Optional: You prepare a practice-oriented final thesis on a suitable topic
