A new phase of life begins: This year, we are welcoming four young people who are starting their training as production mechanics at Ostseestaal. For them, it is the first step into an exciting professional future - for us, it is an opportunity to promote talent and train our skilled workers of tomorrow.

In times of a shortage of skilled labour, every apprenticeship is particularly valuable. That is why we focus on individual support, practical experience and a working environment in which our junior staff can develop. We are proud to welcome up to six trainees to Ostseestaal every year and thus actively shape the future of our company.
