Reshaping
Ostseestaal specialises in the 3D cold forming of sheet metal made of steel, aluminium and special alloys.
On a production area of 15,000 square metres, we shape cut panels in two or three dimensions - free of additions and up to 100 mm thick - and prepare them for further processing.

Welding
Ostseestaal is qualified for high-quality, low-distortion welded constructions.
Thanks to our close co-operation with the M-V Welding Training and Research Institute, we always work in accordance with the latest national and international standards.
Precise cuts
Cutting
Ostseestaal processes sheets up to 16,000 x 3,200 mm and 100 mm thick. We apply precise and permanent markings using a marking unit - ideal for follow-up work.
Cutting is carried out using an oxyfuel or plasma cutter. If possible, we cut in parallel or in mirror image - this saves time and reduces costs.
