The footbridge crosses a busy street and connects two operating sites at the TRUMPF headquarters. High-strength, thin and corrosion-resistant stainless steel cut with TRUMPF laser technology was used. The stainless steel plates were formed into the required shape using our presses at Ostseestaal and pre-assembled during welding assembly. 

The 28-metre long bridge consists of a light shell construction and only 2 cm thin double curved stainless steel sheets. Ostseestaal carried out all of the forming and welding assembly. The bridge now stands on the Trumpf company premises near Stuttgart.
