KG<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurzbeschreibung des Einzelvorhabens:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im geplanten Verbundvorhabens wird ein Funktionsmuster f\u00fcr ein neuartiges Anlagenkonzept entwickelt, mit dessen Hilfe gro\u00dfe Bleche automatisiert, mehrachsig umgeformt werden k\u00f6nnen. Es entsteht ein neuartiges, intelligentes Produkt, welches sich durch neuartige Betrachtung eines Umformauftrags mit Zuordnung der Umformverfahren und \u2013schritte in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Sollkontur des Werkst\u00fccks, auszeichnet. Einher geht eine Erweiterung des Anwendungsspektrums durch die mehrachsige Umformung und Prognose, eine Erh\u00f6hung der Robustheit des Systems durch adaptive Pendeld\u00e4mpfung und eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle.
